Rally.org has a 45-day refund policy for all donations. This means, a Rally leader can refund their donors via their dashboard within 45 days from the original date of donation. If a donor contacts Rally customer support about a refund, we will first request they contact the Rally leader to request a refund of their contribution. If the Rally leader is not able to issue a refund or does not get back to the donor on time, our support team will also attempt to contact you before proceeding to issuing the refund.
For refunds issued via Rally.org...
- Transaction fees are not refunded or waived when a refund is issued to the donor
- Transaction fees are waived only if we determine a cause or a donation to be fraudulent
