How do I manage refunds?

Refunds can be issued by YOU within 45 days from the date of donation via Rally. Refunds passed the 45-day timeline cannot be refunded by us.

Note that we do not refund the transaction fees when you issue a refund.

The Rally team only gets involved if you are attempting to issue what we call a “negative refund,” which occurs when you do not have enough funds in your account to issue a refund. If that happens, you’ll hear from us! In this case, you have the option of waiting until you get more donations in your account to issue the refund, or the funds are removed from your bank account and refunded to the donor.
