I was not able to issue a refund. What happened?

A successful refund is issued if you have enough funds in your rally account to process the full refund to the donor.

The Rally team only gets involved if you are attempting to issue what we call a “negative refund,” which occurs when you do not have enough funds in your account to issue a refund. If that happens, you’ll hear from us! In this case, you have the option of waiting until you get more donations in your account to issue the refund, or the funds are removed from your bank account and refunded to the donor.
